By creating an account or using Naistaxi services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Naistaxi is a women-only ride-hailing service. To use the platform, you must:

• Be verified as a woman through the Suomi.fi identification system or equivalent authentication method
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements

Naistaxi reserves the right to deny or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met.

Naistaxi provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers.

• Naistaxi is not a transportation provider
• Drivers operate as independent service providers
• Ride availability depends on nearby drivers and demand

Naistaxi supports both pre-booked rides and on-demand (real-time) ride requests.

You agree to:

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Communicate promptly if delays occur

Drivers may:

• Cancel the ride if you are not present within a reasonable waiting period
• Apply waiting time fees where applicable

• Ride pricing may vary based on distance, time, demand, and other factors
• Dynamic pricing (including peak pricing) may apply for real-time rides
• The estimated fare will be shown before confirming the ride (when possible)

You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees, including waiting time or cancellation charges
• Use valid and authorized payment methods

Safety is central to Naistaxi’s service. Features include:

• Identity verification of both drivers and customers
• Women-only access to the platform
• Real-time ride tracking and sharing

You agree:

• Not to misuse the platform or bypass verification systems
• Not to allow others to use your account
• To follow all safety guidelines

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Naistaxi aims to provide a child-friendly service, including:

• Availability of a child seat on rides

Customers are responsible for:

• Requesting a child seat when booking (if required)
• Supervising children during the ride

You may cancel a ride at any time; however:

• Cancellation fees may apply if a driver has already accepted the ride
• Higher fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows

You agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
• Damage vehicles or property
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Provide false information or impersonate another person

Naistaxi services are currently available in Finland.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features (including real-time ride services)
• Limit availability based on location, demand, or operational factors

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Naistaxi is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or driver availability
• Naistaxi is not responsible for actions of independent drivers
• Naistaxi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Naistaxi may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Breach safety requirements
• Misuse the platform

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
