By accessing or using the Naistaxi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not register or operate as a driver on the platform.

To qualify and remain active as a Naistaxi driver, you must:

• Be verified as a woman through our authentication system
• Hold a valid taxi license issued by Traficom (Finland)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to taxi services
• Own or have legal access to a vehicle that meets Naistaxi’s quality and safety standards
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and required insurance
• Possess a smartphone with GPS capability and access to the Naistaxi application

Naistaxi reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify compliance.

As a driver, you agree to:

• Provide safe, professional, and lawful transportation services
• Ensure your vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained
• Treat passengers with respect and professionalism at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Not engage in discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
• Maintain accurate account and vehicle information

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.

Naistaxi provides a technology platform that connects drivers with passengers. Naistaxi is not a transportation provider, and drivers operate as independent service providers.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for your own business operations and taxes
• You are not an employee of Naistaxi
• You control when and where you provide services

Naistaxi services are currently available within Finland. We may modify, expand, limit, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee a minimum number of ride requests or earnings.

Safety is a core principle of Naistaxi. To maintain a secure environment:

• Both drivers and passengers must be verified women
• Identity verification measures may be conducted periodically
• Any attempt to bypass verification or misuse the platform is strictly prohibited

Violations of safety policies may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

• Drivers will receive payment for completed rides through the platform
• Naistaxi may charge a service fee or commission, which will be communicated in advance
• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• Drivers are responsible for reporting income and handling taxes

Drivers agree to avoid unnecessary cancellations and maintain a reliable service level.

Naistaxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases including, but not limited to:

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows
• Fraudulent activity
• Unsafe driving
• Harassment or misconduct
• Violation of these Terms

Naistaxi may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the platform.

You may also stop using the platform at any time by deactivating your account.

Naistaxi provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naistaxi is not liable for:

• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Actions of passengers or third parties

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Finnish law.
